When I first started out as a photographer I was very intimitaded when I had to photograph a family that had more than 4 people. The more family sessions I’ve done and I think wedding also helped get passed my fear of photographing larger groups. When Carrie first contacted me to photographer her family (a group of 11) I was super excited! I have not photographed a large family for a while so I was definitely up for the challenge. All I can say is that the whole session was just a breeze thanks to Carrie’s and her family friendly and fun personalities. What a wonderful and warm family! And I just love how everyone wanted to take photos with the grand baby, I can totally understand, since he is such a cutie!
The reason why Carrie contacted me int he first place was because her youngest and only son is going away to booth camp. He is 4 year active duty and 4 years in reserved. As a wife to a military man I totally understand. I feel honored to be able to capture and preserve memories for this beautiful family.
